Probating Estates

Losing a loved one is difficult. This is even harder if you have been named as the Personal Represenative of the Estate. While mourning, you are tasked with liquidating assets, paying bills, distributing personal property, and otherwise settling the affairs of your loved one. Settling large or complex estates can take well over one year to complete. This task can be overwhelming to say the least.

It is our goal to help make this process as quick and simple as possible. While never enjoyable, we strive to efficiently provide advice, draft documents, and file documents. In the case of a dispute, we are able to leverage our negotiating and dispute resolution skills to quickly and efficiently bring disagreements to a close.

Stiles Law has a strong real estate conveyancing department. If the estate contains real estate, whether the former owner did not leave a will, left the real estate in a trust, or left the house to a particular person in their will, Stiles Law is able to efficiecntly and professionally fulfill the former owner's wishes.
